1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nyrvolt AI Cloud Security Intelligence Platform and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Services
Nyrvolt AI provides AI-powered cloud security solutions including Cloud Security Posture Management and Runtime Cloud Threat Detection. Services are delivered via software-as-a-service and may include APIs, dashboards, alerts, and analytics.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems. Reverse engineering, reselling, or sublicensing the Services without written consent is prohibited.
5. Service Level Agreement
Enterprise customers receive a 99.9% uptime commitment for the core platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Support response times vary by plan tier as outlined in your order form.
6. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your cloud configuration and telemetry data. Nyrvolt AI processes such data solely to provide and improve the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
Nyrvolt AI retains all rights to the platform, algorithms, models, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services during your subscription term.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyrvolt AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within thirty days of written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and data will be handled per our data retention policy.
